I called to confirmed if they had the teleflora arrangement that was on their website. The advised they had the container but were missing some of the flowers. the person did check and they advised they could make an arrangement similar. I requested the deluxe version. When I arrived to pick up my order, the arrangement was on the counter and it was the saddest looking thing; the volume of the arrangement did not meet the fullness of the standard version of the arrangement. It did not meet the standard of the other displays in the store. I requested that they check the teleflora web site photo and compare it with the arrangement on the counter. To the owners credit they added more flowers until is was passable. The store is under new management. I am grateful that the arrangement was not delivered and that i picked it up because I would have been embarrassed. If I order from them again, I would make it a pick up order or request an email photo of the arrangement prior to delivery until my confidence is restored.
